Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy 

  • You can raise a return/exchange request on certain eligible products, within 2 days from the date of delivery, from "My Orders" section on the website or using the RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST at the footer links
  • The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
  • Tags should be intact.
  • The product(s) clears a quality check at the warehouse, and only then is the exchange/refund processed.
  • Exchange requests will be accepted only once.
  • Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
  • Products marked under the clearance section and are non-returnable.
  • It usually takes 7-10 working days for an exchange or return order to be processed.
    This is because we raise a reverse pickup with the courier company, which then collects the product from your delivery address. Once the goods are picked up from your address, they are received at our warehouse where they go through a quality check. Once this procedure is completed, we initiate further steps in this process.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available for a wide selection of pincodes.
  • In case your Pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, we will inform you and you will have to ship the item back. In this case, an amount of Rs. 149 will be refunded to your account.This will be done post the quality check of all received items.

Size Exchange

  • You can request for a size exchange within 2 days of delivery .
  • To exchange for a different outfit, initiate a return request for the original order against refund and place a new order with the new selection.
